The Hallie Crossbody Bag is a small crossbody bag perfect for when you need to carry just the basics. It’s very light and a great accessory for traveling, or for a day of shopping. You will receive an email after you place your order to let you know when your bag will be completed and shipped. You will receive another email when your bag ships with the tracking number for your order.

If you have questions or concerns about shipping times, please send me a message prior to order to determine a more precise shipping date.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I inspect all bags during construction and again prior to shipment. If you find any issues when you receive your bag, please notify me immediately, so we can determine how best to make it right.

If you are not completely satisfied, MAD Bags will accept returns of unused stock items with the following terms:

  • Contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be returned in the original box and packaging, or equivalent.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer if reason for return is other than defect in product.  Package must be shipped with both insurance and tracking.
  • The bag must be in the same condition in which it was sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Your purchase will be refunded within three business days of our receipt of your return.

HOLIDAY EXCEPTION
During the holidays, I understand many purchases are for gifts and I want the recipient to love their new bag. To allow for this special time of year, any qualifying item purchased between November 15 and December 24, can be returned through January 10.
